Puppets and Pourquoi
If you like reading, writing and crafts, this camp is for you! We will explore pourquoi stories from many world cultures and indigenous people groups. Pourquoi (pronounced por-kwah) are folklore and stories that explain WHY, such as why there are stars in the sky or why rabbits have long ears. We will spend time each day reading pourquoi, writing our own pourquoi stories, and creating a variety of puppets to help us tell our stories to others.
