Theater Camp
This camp session is two-weeks long. Campers must sign up for both weeks.
Places please! Theater games, group playwriting and performance will be the highlights of Theater Camp led by Walden’s drama teacher Loren Crawford. Students will engage in a large variety of theater games to laugh, make friends and build actor skills. They will work together to create an original play based on a folk tale and perform that show at the end of camp.
We will get cozy in the colorful drama cabin to brainstorm and work on our props and costumes, we will play theater games outside and on stage, and we will learn the ins and outs of performing on the Tucker Hall Assembly stage. Friends and family will be invited to our play on the last Friday afternoon of camp. Hope you can join us!
